Starting in high school, participants are aided in finding different career interest DLC prepares High Schoolers for college and their careers, with a focus on long-term success. Leaders in training are our goal for each participant.

Why Do We Do It?

Throughout high school and after, students are uncertain about what the next phase of life is. Oftentimes,.
students who complete high school immaturely select a career field or make life decisions that often regret. Our goal is to implement a system that, after graduating high school, students gain the life career experience of their choice to help in the decision-making for jobs in a global, information-based economy with
21st-century skills.

This four-year program exposes high school students to the tools and skillsets
needed to succeed after high school while helping them identify careers that align
with their passion. Students are given opportunities to develop academically while honing their life skills.
